1. Permitted use

CompeFlow is designed for the freestyle community. Permitted use includes:

  • Organizing, managing and participating in freestyle events (battles, tournaments, leagues)
  • Registering and managing profiles as organizer, competitor, judge or fan
  • Using voting tools, brackets and results for legitimate event purposes
  • Sharing relevant information about events within the platform
  • Interacting respectfully with other community users

2. Prohibited conduct

The following is not permitted:

  • Vote manipulation: Attempting to alter, falsify or manipulate votes, results or matchups fraudulently
  • Identity impersonation: Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person or organization
  • Offensive content: Publishing content that is defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or promotes violence
  • Spam and unauthorized advertising: Sending unsolicited mass messages or using the platform for unauthorized commercial advertising
  • Unauthorized access: Attempting to access other users' accounts, systems or data without permission
  • Use of bots or automation: Using scripts, bots or automated tools for unauthorized actions
  • Rights violation: Infringing intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights

3. User-generated content

You are responsible for the content you publish on CompeFlow (profiles, photos, comments, event descriptions). Ensure you have the right to publish such content and that it does not violate these policies or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content we deem inappropriate without prior notice.

4. Events and organizers

Organizers using CompeFlow to manage events are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their events comply with applicable local laws
  • Providing accurate information about dates, venues and participants
  • Managing votes and results ethically
  • Respecting the rights of competitors, judges and attendees

5. Judges and voting

Designated judges must vote independently and objectively, without conflicts of interest. Vote manipulation by organizers, competitors or judges is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the platform and legal action.

6. Sanctions

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Warning from the CompeFlow team
  • Removal of inappropriate content
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension
  • Ban from participating in future events
  • Report to authorities when appropriate

7. Complaints

If you detect a violation of this policy or inappropriate conduct, you can report it through the contact form on our website. We will review complaints made in good faith and take such action as we deem appropriate.

8. Policy changes

We may update this Usage Policy periodically. Changes will be published on this page with the date of last update. Continued use of CompeFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
