1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, registering on the platform, or using any of our services (website, mobile app, event management tools), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service description

CompeFlow is a platform that facilitates the organization, management and participation in freestyle events (battles, tournaments, leagues). Our features include:

• Bracket and matchup management
• Digital voting systems for judges and fans
• Real-time results
• Registration of competitors, organizers and judges
• Event administration tools

3. User accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use CompeFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform for activities that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party rights, or that we consider inappropriate. 5. Intellectual property

CompeFlow and all its content (design, logos, software, text, graphics) are the property of CompeFlow or its licensors. You are not granted any rights to our intellectual property beyond the permitted use of the platform. Content you publish (profiles, photos, comments) will remain yours, but you grant us a license to use it in the operation of the service.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Some services may require payment. Prices will be indicated before confirming any transaction. Subscriptions will renew automatically according to the plan chosen, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Refunds will be governed by our returns policy applicable at the time of purchase.

7. Limitation of liability

CompeFlow is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for our services in the last 12 months.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect when published on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CompeFlow if you violate these terms, at your request, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the service will be submitted to the competent courts of Chile.
