Requirement: being active as a judge
To score, you must have the Judge role on the event and be marked as active for the corresponding phase:
- Active in filters: Allows scoring battles in the filter round.
- Active in bracket: Allows voting in bracket battles (round of 16, quarters, semis, final).
The organizer configures this in the event's Staff section. If you see the message "You are not active as a judge in the filter phase", contact the organizer to activate your participation.
Filters: score MCs
- Enter the event (web or app)
- Go to the Filters section
- You'll see the active battle for your group (A, B, C…)
- Assign a score from 1 to 10 to each MC
- Press Submit vote
The scoring scale is 1 to 10. Decimals are allowed (e.g. 7.5).
Filter groups
If the event uses groups (A, B, C…), you'll only see the battles for the groups you're assigned to. If you have no groups assigned, you're a global judge and can score any filter.
Private results
The organizer may configure filter results as private. In that case, scores and the classification are only visible to staff. The general public sees battles without scores or classification.
Bracket battles: vote
- When a battle starts, you'll see the voting screen
- Depending on the event format:
- Winner: Choose the winner (MC or team)
- Replica: Mark if there's a tie
- Points: Assign points to each participant
- Submit your vote
Real time
Votes are sent instantly. You don't need to refresh; the system updates in real time.
Can I change my vote?
Once submitted, the vote cannot be changed. Make sure to review before submitting.
Multiple judges
There can be several judges. Each votes independently. The system adds or averages votes to determine who qualifies or wins.
If you have issues
- Verify you're assigned as judge for the event (Staff section)
- Confirm with the organizer that you're active in filters or active in bracket for the current phase
- Make sure the event is In progress
- If the battle doesn't appear, it may not have started yet
