Create an event

Requirements

  • Have a league created
  • Be organizer or admin of that league

Steps to create an event

  1. Enter your league
  2. Click Create event
  3. Fill in the details:

Basic data

  • Name – Event name
  • Date – When it takes place
  • Location – Venue (optional)
  • Type – Exhibición, Single or Temporada

Battle configuration

  • Battle format – How battles run (1v1, teams, etc.)
  • Filter to bracket – How many MCs advance from filter to bracket (e.g. 8, 16)
  • Filter groups – A and B (for judges to score by group)

Initial status

  • Draft – Only you see it, you can edit
  • Published – Visible to all, registrations can open

Add staff

Before or after publishing, assign roles:

  • Organizer – Full control
  • Admin – Manages registrations and battles
  • Judge – Scores filters and votes battles
  • Host – Presents the event
  • DJ – Music
  • Media – Photography/video

Judges are essential for filters and voting.

Flyer / poster

You can upload an event flyer to share on social media.

Recommended flow

  1. Create the event as Draft
  2. Add staff (especially judges)
  3. Configure filter and bracket
  4. Change to Published
  5. Open registrations
  6. Accept or reject registrants
  7. On event day: start event, run filters, generate bracket, run battles
  8. Close the event when finished
