Requirements
- Have a league created
- Be organizer or admin of that league
Steps to create an event
- Enter your league
- Click Create event
- Fill in the details:
Basic data
- Name – Event name
- Date – When it takes place
- Location – Venue (optional)
- Type – Exhibición, Single or Temporada
Battle configuration
- Battle format – How battles run (1v1, teams, etc.)
- Filter to bracket – How many MCs advance from filter to bracket (e.g. 8, 16)
- Filter groups – A and B (for judges to score by group)
Initial status
- Draft – Only you see it, you can edit
- Published – Visible to all, registrations can open
Add staff
Before or after publishing, assign roles:
- Organizer – Full control
- Admin – Manages registrations and battles
- Judge – Scores filters and votes battles
- Host – Presents the event
- DJ – Music
- Media – Photography/video
Judges are essential for filters and voting.
Flyer / poster
You can upload an event flyer to share on social media.
Recommended flow
- Create the event as Draft
- Add staff (especially judges)
- Configure filter and bracket
- Change to Published
- Open registrations
- Accept or reject registrants
- On event day: start event, run filters, generate bracket, run battles
- Close the event when finished
