How to assign staff
- Enter the event
- Go to the Staff section
- Search for the user by name or publicId
- Assign the corresponding role
Admin assignment
The Admin role allows managing registrations, battles and event configuration without being the organizer. It is ideal for organization assistants who need to:
- Accept or reject registrations
- Generate filter and bracket battles
- Start and finish battles
- Assign other staff roles (except organizer)
Only the organizer can assign or remove admins. Admins cannot remove the organizer or change the main event configuration.
Importance of judges
Judges are required for:
- Filters: Score each MC in groups A and B
- Battles: Vote in each battle (winner, replica, points)
Without judges assigned, you won't be able to run filters or battles correctly.
Multiple judges
You can have several judges. In filters, each judge scores independently. In battles, each judge casts their vote and the system calculates the winner based on the configured format.
Change or remove staff
- Enter the event
- Go to Staff
- Edit the role or remove the user from staff
Only organizers and admins can manage staff.
