When to close
Close the event when:
- All battles have finished
- You have a final winner
- There are no more rounds to run
How to close
- Enter the event
- Go to Close event or Finish
- Click Close event
Status will change from In progress to Closed.
What happens when closing
- Event stops accepting votes and changes
- Results are finalized
- Podium is shown publicly: 3 positions (1st, 2nd, 3rd) if the third place battle was played, or 2 positions (1st, 2nd) if it was skipped
- Participants can see their history
- Photo and video gallery remains available
Share results
- Event card: Generate a shareable image with podium and results
- Gallery: Photos and embedded videos remain visible
- Feed: Event activity may appear in the league feed
After closing
- You cannot edit battles or votes
- You can add photos or videos to the gallery
- Data is saved for rankings and history
Reopen (not recommended)
By default a closed event cannot be reopened. If you need to fix something, contact the CompeFlow team.
