Account, login and Passkeys

Create your account

  1. Go to the web app or landing
  2. Click Register
  3. Choose one of these methods:

Email and password

  • Enter your email
  • Create a password (minimum 6 characters)
  • You'll receive a verification email (check spam if it doesn't arrive)

Google

  • Click Continue with Google
  • Select your account
  • Your profile will be created automatically

Log in

  • Email/password: Enter your credentials
  • Google: Use the same "Continue with Google" button
  • Passkeys: If you've set up Passkeys, use your fingerprint or Face ID

Passkeys (access keys)

Passkeys let you log in without a password using your device (fingerprint, Face ID or PIN).

How to enable Passkeys

  1. Log in normally
  2. Go to My profile → Passkeys (or Account)
  3. Click Register Passkey
  4. Follow the browser instructions (fingerprint, Face ID or PIN)

How to use Passkeys

  1. On the login screen, choose Use Passkey
  2. Authenticate with your device
  3. You'll log in without typing a password

Recover password

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email
  3. You'll receive a reset link (valid 1 hour)
  4. Create a new password

Verify email

If you registered with email and didn't verify:

  1. Check your inbox (and spam)
  2. Click the link in the email
  3. If it didn't arrive, use Resend verification email in the app

Security

  • Don't share your password
  • Use Passkeys when available
  • If you suspect someone accessed your account, change your password immediately
